Born and raised in the city of Santos, Marcelo Lyouman has become an authority when it comes to training new coaches in Brazil. He has dabbled in various fields, from education to entrepreneurship, but found his true calling when he discovered and immersed himself in the world of coaching.
Currently, Marcelo is the president of Instituto Lyouman, a leading company in high-impact training and immersion programs that he built with his wife Bianca over 10 years ago, when he was just a young entrepreneur in the technology sector.

“I chose to switch my entire career as an entrepreneur and teacher to become a coach of emotional intelligence. Before that, as an entrepreneur, I went through an intense process in a human development training. It was there that I realized my true mission: to transform and empower as many lives as possible. It all happened with the support of my late brother, Marcos, and my mentor and wife, Bianca. I often say that I have had experiences in various professional sectors throughout my journey. I’ve been an English teacher, a computer teacher, worked as a programmer for a while, and even been an entrepreneur in the technology industry. My choice was bold, but it has proven to be positive and fulfilling for the life I have today,” shares the coach.
By working with updated and effective methods in coaching training, Marcelo Lyouman always seeks to maximize the results of his students while pushing himself to engage in new activities within his institution’s courses. He mentions that he never considered giving up and repeats this message to his learners, encouraging them to always believe in their respective purposes and face the adversities that come their way in their professional success.
